Prayer: Prayer is a personal combination of heartfelt release, an inquiry for guidance, an intention setting for various reasons, and an expression of gratitude.

Affirmation: Affirming involves setting an intention of your choice from a place of heartfelt knowingness.

(*Note: When choosing to affirm or speak favor over yourself or another, you are choosing to have an experience. Everyone has their own free will.)

Meditation: Meditation calms the mind and body, cultivating deeper awareness, promoting clarity, and stabilizing the nervous system with an emphasis on the breath.

Service: How do you choose to show up today? How did you put your new insights into action? 

M.A.P.

 

Meditation: An act of willingly choosing from an open mind and heart to receive further insight that your mind, body, and spirit are sharing with you from the experience in service of a specific choice.

Affirmation: Affirm what you desire to experience with your new insights and how you would like to receive it (e.g., with grace, ease, compassion…).

Prayer: Release or let go of what you no longer choose with conviction from heartfelt knowingness.
