MEDITATE: Is an act of willingly choosing from an open mind and heart to receive peace from within, listening to the information that your mind, body, and spirit are sharing with you.
SERVICE: How do you choose to show up today? How did you put your new insights into action?

MEDITATE: Is an act of willingly choosing from an open mind and heart to receive further insight that your mind, body, and spirit are sharing with you from the experience in service of a specific choice.
AFFIRM:: What you desire to experience with your new insights and how you would like to receive it (ex.With Grace, Ease, compassion…)

Practicing P.A.M.’S. M.A.P. is a form of release, affirming what you want and receiving, in a circular fashion. This is a practice of Self-Love. This practice assists to connect with a clearer inner understanding of internal Divine Wisdom, Power, Creativity, Joy and Life. Enjoy the process of self-discovery/self love. It is well worth it.
