We’re excited to share the launch of a wonderful and enjoyable program at Inner Awareness Ministry called “I AM Art In Motion”. We’d love for you to join us every Saturday as we embark on a loving and transformative journey of self-discovery and exploration through a lesson, conversation, art and journaling via ZOOM.

What to Expect:

- A 10-minute prayer, affirmation, and meditation

- A 15-minute engaging talk centered around a specific virtue, its benefits, and how it can impact your life.

- A 30-minute session for you to create your own personalized Virtue/Values card decks with original artwork, working alongside others focused on their art, gaining insights and journaling.

- A 30-minute discussion where participants are invited to share their artwork and insights with the group.

- A 5-minute closing prayer and affirmation.
